Anthony Cicchetti

Owner

A native to Las Vegas, Anthony owns and operates PRS. He has been involved in the roofing industry for over twenty years. A dedicated and conscientious businessman, Anthony has a vast amount of experience dealing with complex roofing and re-roofing projects. Most notably, he has served as both a consultant and contractor for thousands of roofing projects dealing specifically with the repair of construction defects, as well as the design-build of other unique roofing projects.

Tamara Cicchetti

Owner / General Counsel

Tamara is also a native to Las Vegas. She is a licensed attorney who specializes in complex litigation and construction law. Tamara handles overall operations and management at the company as well as negotiation of large contracts, financing plans and strategic accounts. She has well rounded background in the area of general construction, roofing and waterproofing as both an attorney and project manager and her leadership provides depth to the overall company structure.

Marketing Team

Amanda Crigar

Director of Marketing and Advertising

Amanda brings her advertising and marketing experience to the PRS Marketing team. She assists with things such as keeping the department organized, branding the company and she is a proud member of several networking organizations.

HOA / Multi-Family Division

John Tighe

HOA / Multi-Family Division Manager

John has 22 years of roofing construction experience and currently serves as our HOA Division Manager working with everything from Homeowner Associations to Commercial Clientele.

Residential Division

Gary Hunter

Residential Sales Manager

Gary is our Residential Sales Manager with over 30 years of roofing experience. In addition to many operational responsibilities Gary is also actively involved on a face to face basis with residential clients in the community.

Maria Martinez

Residential Administrator

Maria is the Administrator for our Residential Division. She handles many tasks to keep the department organized and running smoothly. Maria also coordinates our company soccer team and is bilingual.

Service Division

Chris Young

Service Department Manager

Chris is the Manager of our Service Department that handles minor repairs on residential homes and commercial buildings. They provide thorough inspections, reports and photo documentation on all projects. Chris is also the proud recipient of the 2007 PRS Spirit Award.

Roberto Garcia

Service Department Estimator

Roberto brings over 24 years of roofing experience to our Service Department providing on the spot estimates on anything from small repairs to complete reroofs.

Production Department

Kevin Panaggio

Field Operations Manager

With a strong commercial roofing background, Kevin supervises all field operations. He has experience in all areas of the roofing industry for more than 27 years now. Kevin has had special training in the best manufacture’s applications, scaffolding certification, management classes, he is a Certified Certa Trainer for Torch-Down and is OSHA Certified.

Purchasing Department

Richard Miller

Purchasing Manager

Richard serves as our Purchasing Manager overseeing all purchasing, vendor relations and new product development at PRS. Richard has 32 years of experience in the industry, including 17 years experience with GAF and 8 years with Johns Manville.

Accounting Department

Chief Financial Officer

With over 15 years experience in financial management and an educational background in accounting, business administration and law, Ian provides PRS with a unique blend of knowledge, ingenuity, and practical application to help PRS fulfill its mission and objectives.

Colena Smith

Accounts Receivable

Colena is in charge of the Accounts Receivable Departments. She creates and tracks invoices for all completed jobs. She has been in the construction industry for 14 years.

Cheryl Diorio

Credit Manager

Cheryl brings over 25 years of construction accounts receivable experience to PRS. She has been working in accounts receivable here in the Las Vegas area since 1986 and is in charge of collections and credit.

Kimberly Fox

Chief Operations Officer

With over 6 years of experience, Kim is responsible for all day to day office management duties including Human Recourses and Payroll.

Norma Garcia

Executive Administrative Assistant

Norma provides administrative support to the owners of PRS and to upper management in many day to day tasks. She also provides assistance in many legal matters and insurances.

Charles Fox

Administrative Assistant / Office Runner

Charles began his career working hard as a laborer in the roofing industry. He now assists with day to day office administrative duties.
